These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) are important as they set out clear rules and conditions for transactions between freedive-frauenfeld/fishgimmicks Andreas Horvath. General
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. If you have finally sent an order, it is binding.
Delivery time
Deliveries are usually made within 5 working days. If we do not have an item in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery is expected.
Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be displayed after selecting the shipping method. Self-pick-up is possible by arrangement. For orders over 200 CHF we ship free of charge.
Prices
All prices are quoted in the chosen currency in Euro (EUR) or Swiss Francs (CHF), including statutory VAT.
Terms of payment
Deliveries are made by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), Paypal, bank transfer, TWINT or cash.
Retention of title
Until payment is made in full, the goods remain the property of fishgimmicks.
Guarantee
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is two years.
Exclusion of liability
The author assumes no liability whatsoever with regard to the correctness, accuracy, topicality, reliability and completeness of the information. Liability claims against the author for damages of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to, use or non-use of the published information, misuse of the connection or technical malfunctions are excluded. All offers are non-binding.
