Do you not like the article or do not meet your expectations? Here are the conditions for cancellation of purchases or cancellation of courses/events.
Cancellation of the purchase of goods
You have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods in my webshop within fourteen days without giving any reason. The deadline for your cancellation is fourteen days from the date of the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, it is sufficient for you to inform me of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). If you wish, you can use my cancellation form.
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your cancellation. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Don't worry, I won't charge you any fees for this refund.
Cancellation of courses, trips and events
Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to my courses, trips and events that are specifically related to leisure activities and take place on fixed dates. >I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness may occur. If you are unable to attend the booked date due to illness, I will offer you the opportunity to attend a later course or a future trip or event. The fee for the originally booked course or event is still due and will not be refunded.
Take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid costs!
