I understand that there may be situations where an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you’ve changed your mind, or your purchase decision no longer feels right. As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

To make your shopping experience in my store as pleasant as possible, I go beyond the legal requirements and offer you an extended 30-day right of withdrawal. This means you have a full month to reconsider your purchase and exercise your right of withdrawal if needed.

Withdrawal for Purchases (Online Shopping)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the date of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform me (via letter, phone, WhatsApp, or email) of your decision. If you prefer, you can use my withdrawal form.

If you withdraw from the contract:

• I will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction – at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please provide me with the tracking number to ensure a fast and secure refund process.

Cancellation of Courses, Trips, and Events

For courses, trips, and events with fixed dates that are considered leisure activities, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, can arise. In such cases, I offer you the opportunity to attend a later course or event.

Important: The fee for the originally booked course or event remains due and will not be refunded.

Tip: Take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unexpected costs.
