The pressure required to open your Eustachian tube can be individually adjusted by the depth of immersion of the tube in water. With the Bubbler, you can practice Frenzel and Mouthfill, while the rising air bubbles effectively simulate the reduction in air volume as depth increases.

My tip: integrate 5 minutes of EQ training into your morning routine every day. After just 20 days of consistent training, it will become a habit you will perform naturally. Daily 5-minute training is much more effective than a half-hour session once a week.
