The fin is available in two levels of hardness: I personally, 173cm tall and 80kg heavy, dip the fin in the soft version and recommend it to most divers with average height and strength. The medium hard version is for tall, athletic divers. The CETMA foot pieces, called s-WING, are cut close: When diving with 3mm booties, choose a size one size larger than your shoe size. When diving with 5mm booties, go up 2 sizes.
