Winter training at the Rheinau indoor pool includes:
- Lane rental
- Coaching by Andreas Horvath (SSI and PADI Freediving Instructor)
- Individual training plan
- Rental of silicone monofin
- Basic Monofin Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)
- Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)
Entrance to the indoor pool is not included in this offer.
