Have you learnt to dive in tropical waters and now want to dive in local waters?
As part of the Introduction Lake Freediving, I will teach you everything you need to know about diving in the local waters.
- Dry buoy procedures (announcement, lanyard, turn, safety dive)
- Legislation in Switzerland regarding freediving (distances, diver's flag, behaviour towards course boats, shore zone)
- Dressing and handling an open cell suit
- Protecting the environment
- Setting the correct amount of lead
- Diving at the buoy
- Take off suit
- Diving in the cold
Included in the price:
- Full freediving equipment hire including open cell wetsuit
- 1 pair of neoprene socks (to keep)
Not included in the price:
- Parking fees
- Gloves available for purchase if required

The briefing takes place on an evening or weekend by individual arrangement. The briefing lasts approximately 3 hours.
