Advanced Freediver course from PADI (formerly known as Freediving Level 2 course).
Aim of the PADI Advanced Freediver Course (formerly "Level 2 Course")

You have been diving for a while and train regularly in the pool and lake: Now your performance has reached a plateau and you are ready to take your freediving skills to the next level? Learn in the Advanced Freediver course how to optimally prepare your body and mind for a diving performance, optimise your technique, work on your weak points and you will get the key in your hand to break through your previous limits.
