Individual arrival at Hotel Millepini, Via Catajo, 42 35036 Montegrotto, Italy.

Arrival can be by car or by plane to Venice Marco Polo (VCE) and then by rental car for about 1 hour to Montegrotto.

Cost:

750 CHF (room with breakfast in double occupancy, spa use at the hotel included, single room supplement: 76 CHF)

Flight cost:

For bookings by the end of June 2024: 359 CHF with Swiss Economy Classic fare (8kg hand luggage and 23kg checked luggage). Please book your flight in time.

Equipment:

The water temperature is 33-34 degrees and you do not need a wetsuit. If you wish, you can wear a thin rashguard (close-fitting synthetic shirt). A weight belt is not necessary.

• (optional additional fluid goggles and nose clip, available at freedive-thurgau.ch)

• Neoprene booties
• Lanyard
• Dive computer (available at freedive-thurgau.ch or for rent at Y-40)
• Swimwear
• Small lock for locker (shackle with 5mm diameter, can also be purchased at Y-40)

Prerequisites:

PADI Freediver certification (or equivalent certification from another organization).

PADI Basic Freedivers (or equivalent pool freediver certifications) can add the PADI Freediver upgrade course.

The workshop is designed for freedivers with dive depths between 10-25m.

Safety:

Wearing the lanyard is mandatory when diving in the 42m shaft area

Dive computer is mandatory

Diving only in pairs throughout Y-40

In case of blackout, alert medical services, immediate diving ban and one-year suspension from Y-40

Insurance:

Is the responsibility of the participants.

Registration:

The number of participants is limited to 8. Wellness program available for non-diving partners.
